Sacred Body Practice Meets for five sessions at The Whidbey Institute Sanctuary, 6449 Old Pietila Road, Clinton, Whidbey Island, WA (Please stay tuned for spring 2008 dates.) This series allows for the inspired interweaving of form with formlessness and personal with transpersonal, in an embodied approach to the sacred. Each time we will begin with a breath or walking practice, followed by a Dance of Universal Peace, a short period of inner-directed movement, silent meditation, and spoken word.
